Teacher/Advanced Student Workouts

Join us for some more advanced workouts. Thursdays at 2pm. Mat classes are $15 pp (cash or check) Equipment classes are by reservation as space is limited, $30 ea

April 10 - Mat class/Wall Work

April 17 - Tower class, 7 spaces $30ea

May 1st - Chair class, 5 spaces $30ea

May 8th - Mat Class

May 22nd - Reformer Class, 4 spaces $30ea

May 29th - Mat Class

There will be no instructor classes in June, but you may join us for one of our core camps. The popular 2-3pm time slot will be led by Shelley Estes
