What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing is most
suitable for a Pilates class. Try to avoid oversize tops,
buttons and belts.
Do you offer Childcare?
No, we don't offer childcare, but you can
get a great deal with Kidztime downstairs from the
studio
Should I
bring my own mat?
We have
some communal mats, which are cleaned after each class.
However, we do recommend that you purchase your own. You
can buy online at a variety of websites or visit a
sporting goods store. If you're not sure of what type to
buy, ask one of our teachers, when you come to class
Do you
have shower facilities?
The
Lakewood Gym has shower facilities available.
Do I
have to join Pilates Unlimited or Lakewood Gym to attend
classes? Pilates
Unlimited does not have a membership fee, just pay as you
go. The Lakewood Gym has generously offered a very
reasonable membership to our clients. If you are
interested stop by the front desk the next time you visit.
