Mat Core Camp for Adults   $65 ea (limited to 18)
June    2-6     7-8 AM

June  16-20   7-8 AM

 

It says “basic” but there’s nothing wimpy about this popular early morning camp.  Sessions have sold out in the past.  Class is progressive, concepts build on each other.  Whether you are new or seasoned, you will be challenged.

Afternoon Delight with Shelley
$75 (limited to 12)  Must be 14 or older

Parent and child, together, for $135.

June 9-13;  2-3 PM

A popular Dallas Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, Shelley Estes will take you on a tour of  your body like you have never experienced before. Pilates mat exercises, cardio activities, free weights and surprise props will make this camp both challenging and fun.  One past participant swore the class lasted only 30 minutes, but it’s just because it went by so quickly.

Core Challenge Camp for Teens  $65  (limited to 14)
June 9-13;      4:30-5:30 PM

June 23-27;   8:00-9:00 PM  

Utilizing many of the same principles found in our most popular Core Camp, this week-long intensive will teach TEENS what and where the core is.  We will look at myths and misconceptions of  common core exercises and discover new ways to activate  muscles for safety, speed, and flexibility.  Learn proper hamstring stretching to relieve back discomfort.  Discover the connection between your arms and core in order to serve, throw and dance better.

Equipment Primer    $120  (4 minimum, 8 maximum)

June  23-27    6-7 PM

This 2-instructor class is a one-week intensive geared to provide you with the most complete introduction to the Pilates Equipment.  The Reformer, Chair and Wall Unit Systems will be utilized.  It is highly recommended that you have  Basic Pilates Mat experience
